EIA Related Services

Socio-economic study and the study on Ecology & Biodiversity are important components of any EIA Study. We can produce meaningful data & information in the areas based on credible & reliable secondary data, thus you need to do only ground verification. Trees are important to the ecosystems. We can estimate the inventory of trees in specific areas and within the right-of-way of linear projects.

Socio-Economic Studies

Socio-economic surveys are integral part of EIA and SIA studies. We can greatly help in this area by providing latest census-based demographic data of villages around the project site along with data analysis of population density, sex ratio, age groups, literacy rate, economic activity, etc. so you need to do minimal SE survey field work. Furthermore, as an additional step, we can also provide trained surveyors for groundtruth verification and assessment of demographic changes over the years to analyze how proposals affect people.

Tree Counting

Conventional method for counting trees physically is labour-intensive. Now, it is feasible to take forest inventory and perform tree counting based on high spatial data. There are methods like LiDAR, satellite images, drone images. Light Detection and Ranging or LiDAR is an effective tool for counting number of trees, tree height and crown width.
